First. I heated a package. Then the following day I used a portion as you would a bunch of noodles. Than today , with the rest I took mushrooms, onions, and cabbages. Stir fried the heck out of it. Great smell. Little butter and olive oil. Cooked in. Combined with left over veggie plate. To die for. Quick and easy. One pan clean-up

Along with the Pho Soup base I purchased, these noodles are the perfect type of noodles for the occasion. I had also already suggested this product to the same friends I suggested the soup base for, and they loved it. I'm glad this specific product was available for purchase because it was a great experience for all of us.
