Anchor 77940 3-Piece Measuring Cup Set, Price/each

Dropped the 1 cup size it bounced a couple of times on a tile floor and didn't break.

My set of pyrex pitchers always dribbled down the front while pouring. This, especially if the pitcher started full. I think this is because the pyrex spout has a rounded edge. These Anchor pitchers (measuring cups) have a more pointed spout with a less rounded edge. Two of the three seem to never dribble.

I ordered this set to replace a set of mismatched measuring cups that are ancient. Other reviews complained that one cup was broken when received, didn't know it would happen to me. The one I needed most, the 2 cup, arrived with a 1 inch long piece of the rim broken off. Sharp edge, not usable. The 1 cup measure was packed into the 2 cup measure with a VERY thin bit of shaped paper for protection between. Now I will have to buy an individual 2 cup measure and be out the difference in cost. NOT RIGHT. 3 stars for prompt delivery.

if you love to cook, I would suggest getting these. The glass is super thick and the labeling doesn't rub off easy. I had my set before now and the only reason I'm getting a new set is because I'm moving and I'm leaving this set behind for family members. Anyway, these measuring cups are good if you want to measure out any type of wet ingredients or even just want to put grease somewhere for the time being. There is ounces measurements and cup measurements and is written out in an embossed red color to make it easy to use and read.I've dropped mine so many times on my hardwood floor and it has yet to break, shatter or chip.
