Because I ordered other Amerock products in the same finish, champagne bronze, I was able to see that the hooks were sent in the wrong finish. Just ordered two replacements, and we'll see if the correct ones get sent. Even though the originals were sent in boxes that said they were Champagne Bronze and never appeared to have been opened... Maybe just a Manufacturing mistake. Otherwise I will choose a different hook...

Very nice quality, but be careful with this color. It does not go with Delta Champagne Bronze or Brizo Luxe Gold.

Happy that this item had anchoring brackets that firmly adhered to the wall. Other brackets often do not catch the towel bar enough and it easy moves around and doesnt seem secure. This one is very solid and secure once Installed

The product line is very nice. The first towel ring however came separated at the neck. Sent it back and ordered a new one which also came separated at the neck. Ugh! The towel racks, toilet paper holder and robe hooks are fine. Installing them can be a little tricky. The very small allen wrench provided is hard to make much more than a half turn on the set screws. Finally, straightened two allen wrenches out, taped them together and was able to spin the set screw close and then tightened them with the angled wrench provided.
