I like EVERYTHING about it except for the mildew that will grow on the very bottom of legs (kept in tub) and in all little nooks and crannies unless you stay on top of it - only inconvenience. I do have to lift bench out of the shower and clean all parts on a frequent basis. I don't even know what people are talking about when it comes to "pinching". Never been pinched, can't even figure out how. I bought a split shower curtain you can get here online on same day I purchased bench (addresses the escaping water issue). No problems, lots of room to sit with my shampoo bottle and do everything I need to do. Have never had to re-adjust legs since the first day when assembled by petite female PT nurse. Can't figure out why anyone would have to re-adjust legs once they are set to your tub. I move my bench backward and forward all the time in the tub (deciding how much water I want hitting me and where) and have never needed to re-adjust legs. I'm in my seventies with a real bad back and MS and I manage everything quite well, although I do wish I had someone else to do the cleaning for me!

We tried another brand/type of shower chair for my 95-year-old mother and she had issues with it. I got this one for her and she loves it so much she makes all of her visitors go look at. It works much better for her and appears that it will last for a long time.
