If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.
If you accept the damaged package without any notation on the delivery receipt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OR COMPENSATE ANY REPAIR COSTS.
We highly recommend that you do not schedule gate installations prior to receiving your gate due to possible shipment delays and/or damages.

The instructions are ok but could be better. Had to try syncing it about 10 times till it finally worked. Reared all modes and worked perfectly but have to give ample time fir the mode to kick in. Would buy again!

I must admit after you read between the lines of the instructions Pairing and the sensor adjustments were no problem, however I chose not to use the sun sensor because I did not want it extending on its own when nobody is present. I would recommend this sensor.

Seems to work as described. Although the procedure for pairing it with my ALEKO sunshade was not in-line with the instructions.I had to press the ‘P2' button on my remote twice for one second, and then the ‘P2' button on the wind sensor twice for one second, then it paired.The method described in the instructions simply did not work, no matter how many times I tried.

How to program1) unplug awning for greater than 10 seconds2) plug in awning3) start smashing the p2 buttons on both remote and sensor like you're playing Mortal Kombat.4) if after 20 seconds this doesn't work, repeat steps.This is not a joke. Worked second try. All videos and other instructions didn't seem to work. Took me 2 minutes vs 1 hour on the wired sensor I ended up returning.The sensor I have is working great. Rain sensor tested perfect. Wind shut the awning as expected. One cool thing is that the sensor does display real time sun strength and wind speed which helps with adjusting the settings.Only down side on this is there is not enough gap in the sun settings open and close. A cloud will cause it to shut.
