BOB is just great... exactly what is needed for self practicing martial arts, kicks, etc. Very durable material. Had one in the past but move to another country and had to leave hom behind :???( but I just got a new one and I am just happy again

For my daughter to practice self defense at home. She is 5' 10", BOB is the perfect size for her. After getting it, her husband also a practitioner loved it, his father ex-military also uses it. They preferred to fill it with sand since much sturdier weight. Material is tough and well made. The aspect of an actual size man of BOB is great, I think for beginners it is good to have a face to hit instead of a punching bag or hand mats. A great option to a sparing partner. Recommend gloves or some type of hand protection.

Best striking bag you can get for your money. The body is made of very durable plastisol, which makes it indestructible to any punch or kick coming at it. Great for excersise & techinique for all sorts of fighting styles. This dummy gets worked everyday from me & my brother. Better to wear gloves instead of going bare knuckle.. it will cut you open . Hint the blood in the picture lol

Excellent quality, easy to build. I've done martial arts for more than half my life and this is the best piece of training equipment I've had (short of a real sparring partner, of course). It's great no matter your skill level or preferred style, although you should definitely wear wraps when training!
