All I got was a stand, nothing else.

Do not buy this if you're in anything but a single family home. It is incredibly loud when it gets hit and moves. My husband got one use out of this before the neighbors complained two floors down.

I bought this because when I used to workout with my friend he had one and it was great. I thought it would be great again but boy was I wrong. After just a few weeks of using it 2-3 times a week, pretty much all of the rubber that the washers sit over has ripped, and the rubber body is now just floating on the base. It is unusable.<br /><br />I tried using gorilla glue on the screws/rubber when it first started to rip, but that was basically a band aid on a gunshot wound. I expected more durability out of something meant to be hit. It was delivered on February 7th, it is now February 23rd and I can't even use the thing.<br /><br />I'll be asking for a refund and getting a bag with a stand instead.

Moves around too much when you hit it. This thing would only be practical for women and small children. Any serious fighter won't get much out of this. Buy the heavy bag instead.
