The serrates are too pointed and close together. They catch and shred the fibers in the meat and wants to pull on the fork as you draw the knife through the meat. It doesn't glide smoothly through the steak like a sharp knife should. The serrated edge is then full of meat fiber.<br />The handle is very comfortable, but I'm going to put this set on CL after one use and get what I can out of them.
