This non-coated bakeware's unique, natural non-stick properties means consistent, reliable and healthy results every time. The embossed pattern is also useful when greasing and flouring: it will help hold a bit of shortening that might otherwise be wiped off. To keep bakeware looking its best, hand wash promptly in hot soapy water and dry before storing (Avoid detergents with a chlorine base). Put an end to baking with problematic coatings. This is a great size cookie sheet. Small for small batches, or the end of a batch of cookies. Great quality. I gave these as a gift. I have had mine for years and love them. Heavy duty.

This item was misrepresented. It is listed as a 15 inch pizza pan. The cooking area is only 14", though. Very annoyed, as I already own several 14" pans. I'm sending it back on principle even though it was cheap.<br /><br />Descriptions should be accurate, even for inexpensive items!

This pan oxidized and i had to throw away after short usage of this. I would not recommend at all. I was hoping that it would work out, but it's not worth the money.
