Watched some YT videos on how to install and if your stubborn Plummer (my brother) don't want to used the parts that come with it then you will have issues with leaking but it has been wonderful for my 2 sinks and shower. Never run out of hot water! Also make sure you have up dated faucets that will help lessen you gpm usage and prolong the time you have hot water. I tested it myself with a extremely abnormally long shower and it was consistent!

I've only just got this thing from NOT leaking after trying several times. Someone mentioned with no detail to make sure you don't lose the washers. Mine didn't come with washers nor did the instructions mention but anything including teflon tape would not stop leaking. I took a guess and got some 'cone washers' from hardware store and now it's finally working. No idea about how well it's going to work long term, it does seem to be producing hot water no problem. I'm just assuming they left out some type of washer because without those inside the brass fitting that connects to the water heater I could not stop the leak.

Had a unit about 2 weeks and did not work got a replacement. This unit has lasted maybe 2 years ! We have had problems with it heating for the past 4 months . I contacted the company and they say it's not under warranty of any kind . It states limited lifetime warranty in description. Oh well take your chances .

When the tank heater in my daughter's house here in Western Washington started leaking in the middle of winter, I had to find a quick, easy, interim solution. 3 years later, she's still using it as her only source of hot water. The water is spring fed, well water with a whole house , sediment filter at the pump. Installation was relatively easy and it lowered the electric bill considerably. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another from this company.

Got this for a buddy's garage where for years we've washed our hands in cold water - my, what a difference! This model is for use in the colder north so it's 240V, not 120V. Accordingly, it needs heavier 240 breakers and 10/3-G feed cable to work right. Not hard to wire or plumb, but plan accordingly. The rotary temperature selector dial makes it easy to dial up the water temp on colder days, and dial it down when it's milder. Great addition to any shop or garage where you don't want the hassle of installing a full-blown water heater, just check the manufacturer's site to make sure you get the correct unit for your location.

One year since I installed this inexpensive unit and is been perfect. Well made not the cheap components and poor assembly I have seen on other brands. I have installed 6 to friends and family and all are working just find. Non of the problems I read from other reviews. One word of caution, make sure no air pockets are in the lines when ready to use for the first time or it will burn in seconds. If you do any repair to your pluming, keep the unit off and make sure no air pockets remains. I learned this the hard way with my very first unit 14 years ago with a different brand.Also, do not install a unit that has to run to capacity maxed out all the time. It will not last. In Florida, this unit will do just fine with 2 showers at a time at 110 setting. Do your homework to define the proper unit for the demand in question.
