Don't use it allot but when I do it works just fine. I do wish it was a little bigger on the length and width. Thickness is good. Overall it is a nice pillow.

These work really well and can prop you up about 4 inches or so if you have some seats that are too deep for some people. I also use them to get out of the water more sometimes when I'm too hot. I leave them in the spa 24/7 and they haven't disintegrated nor have they started floating around.

At 4'10, I was not able to sit comfortably in our new spa. Kept sliding off the seats, and a couple were too deep to even sit on. Used this cushion the other night and now I can sit comfortably anywhere in the spa. While it is slightly heavy, it is no problem to move around. May want to order another one for short visitors. Time will tell how it holds up.

Seat cushion no..... head rest yes. It has a weighted end to allow it to be used as a head rest. What I received just did not cut it. It's not large enough to sit on, and the cushion wants to float. So, I can't give it more than 1 star.

Have had only for a few weeks, but other than scratchy edges of the hem it is as stated. It is very heavy, I want a couple more. I'll likely buy two more.

used it and found the ub had masses of tinmy gravel in it the next time we went to use it. Was told we could leave it in the tub but I dont think this is correct. Managed to vacuum the grit out and after removing the cushion the grit did not come back so have to assume there is a connection

Really liked the cushion when we first used it. We have had it for about 8 months and it has started to shed it's cover. I was finding 5-6 squares of the mesh covering of the cushion in the spa every day, so I have thrown it out so not to have to fish out cushion parts every day and have it start winding up in the filter all the time. We left the cushion in our spa all the time as it was difficult to drain every day after use. We like the cushion, but it's durability is not that great considering the price we paid for it.
