Don't use it allot but when I do it works just fine. I do wish it was a little bigger on the length and width. Thickness is good. Overall it is a nice pillow.

These work really well and can prop you up about 4 inches or so if you have some seats that are too deep for some people. I also use them to get out of the water more sometimes when I'm too hot. I leave them in the spa 24/7 and they haven't disintegrated nor have they started floating around.

At 4'10, I was not able to sit comfortably in our new spa. Kept sliding off the seats, and a couple were too deep to even sit on. Used this cushion the other night and now I can sit comfortably anywhere in the spa. While it is slightly heavy, it is no problem to move around. May want to order another one for short visitors. Time will tell how it holds up.

Seat cushion no..... head rest yes. It has a weighted end to allow it to be used as a head rest. What I received just did not cut it. It's not large enough to sit on, and the cushion wants to float. So, I can't give it more than 1 star.

Love these cushions. I'm short and a couple of seats in my new spa are low. I had to sit cross legged to keep from drowning or getting blown off when jets are on high. This cushion raises be up a few inches and is also very comfortable. It's kind of tacky so no chance of sliding off. I can relax, stretch out my legs and fully enjoy the benefits of my deep spa seats now. I leave in water. No problem. This is pricy but worth it in my opinion.

Great in my 3 corner jacuzzi tub - have had it 4 years. I have a bad back, and slumping in the jacuzzi was not comfortable. It is very firm - almost feels like a sand bag. The cheap blow up pillows with the suction cups were always difficult to keep in place. Although this was an expensive solution, it was the answer to my problem. It will not float up and is the right shape as a back cushion. I use an inflatable C-shaped airplane-style cushion for my head and neck. Here are the problems I have had.... it is very heavy, and lifting it to drain the water out of it is a challenge. I rest it on the edge of the tub with one corner draping down into the tub to completely drain it; sometimes I just leave it in the bottom of the tub and it never fully dries out. It is covered by a webbing of rubbery nubs, kind of like drawer liner material. Although comfortable, those nubs tend to flake off and are a pain to fish out of the tub, so I covered it in a bag meant for washing delicates. That keep the nubs in one place. Even losing nubs, the outer covering has maintained its integrity for 4 years.

Works great! We have had it for almost a year a it is perfect for raising me up a little in the hot tub. We haven't removed it in between using it, as was recommended- but no problems so far.....
