I purchased another, less expensive brand of jacks for my lift, and they got the job done but eventually failed after 3 years. These Smarte Jacks are considerably more heavy duty, and the ability to raise and lock the wheels once in the water is great as otherwise the wheels will want to spin with the water movement and will eventually wear the axles.My two biggest gripes are the price (will see after 3 years if they're still going strong so this opinion might change), and the fact that I wish they provided a touch more adjustability in mounting.

I put one set on last year on a small lift for 18 foot pontoon. Hard to push in place. Added second set 4 wheels works so much better

We have a large pontoon boat liftI bought two of these to aid in installing and removing of the lift. They seem well made, only used them once to put the lift in, so far so good. I like the fact that you can raise the wheels and lower the lift to use the the lifts pads to support the boat's weight. Will see what the longevity is in a few seasons of use.

I contacted Smart Jack which is quality Mark. The bolts fit some lifts and the company told me to go and purchase the bolts my self. This is wrong , extra money and time. I returned the two sets
