This product seems well-made and durable. It is a great training tool as it gives you a specific target instead of just hitting an area on the bag. Using this will show you just how sloppy your combos are!

A nice piece of equipment especially when practicing headbutts. I wish I had these 23 years ago when the old school fight organizations in Europe and Asia allowed headbutts. Good target to visualize accuracy in striking. Now made popular by the Lethwei followers.

No matter how tight the velcro is,Head will still move a bit if hit with a left hook or right...I look at as if his neck was being turned from the shot...this thing worth the coin

It slips off with one uppercut. There should have been a bungee included to attach to bottom of bag. Strictly for bare knuckles. Not enough surface area to hit with boxing gloves on. Send me a retrofit kit to attach it to bottom of the bag.

Durable enough to take multiple beatings. Gives a very realistic feel, yet soft enough to use without gloves. Most suitable for target strikes to the nose, eyes, mouth, jaw and temples. Recommend using strong duct tape on Velcro strap to bag, so it doesn't slide off centered.
