I have an older version of these masks by this brand that I used for the past 4 years, it was just time to retire it so I bought a new one. The new one arrived today without any actual packaging and the box was opened with the usual items missing (altitude change attachments, strap detail book).

I am not sure if this product actually works or if it is all mentally a way of making you feel better but either way, I did see a difference. Regardless of whether it was mental or not, it still worked. After wearing it for so long, breathing is a breeze. It is like walking off a treadmill for so long. The breathing seems easy but your lungs feel swore.It does feel as if you worked out way harder than you did. I would recommend plenty of water after, you will feel dehydrated from all the sweat you produce.
