I bought this food for my African Grey and she loves it. I do feed her every morning Harrison's Potency Coarse pellets and give her these seeds for whenever she wants to eat.

I recently changed my parrots' food to this. I used to alternate between Zupreem plain and Zupreem fruit blend (for large parrots). However, I changed to this food due to finding bugs (weevils) in the plain Zupreem. This happened several times. So far, this food has been bug-free. I do freeze all of my birds' food for at least 48 hours, to kill any bugs, but I didn't like getting new, unopened bags with weevils in it. Hopefully Zupreem will resolve this issue.
