So far it has been really decent. For the money, it does what it is supposed to do. It is still new to my setup so I am sure I'll run into issues such as stuck debris and hiding dead crickets, but I love the water effect. I think running water is best over stagnant water. The lights are really neat and look nice and bright on their own. I have those set to come on at night on the timer. I think for anyone trying to add something to make their habitat extra this is the way to go. The wires are a bit bulky. Each led has its own socket connected to a box leading to the power cord. It's flat to where you could secure it to the inside but no adhesive to do it with. Using something to cover them up is recommended. The power cord for the pump is big as well so you'll need a lid or cover that allows for cords to go through somehow, however after scaping and placing everything you don't really notice them and can look really stunning. I am glad a chose this over the Zilla rainfall pond because after much YouTube it looked way too big for my 12x12 terrarium for my tree frog. The small version of this fits Nicly in the ZooMed naturalist terrarium 12x12.

I've bought two in the past five months and both pumps have just quit working. Would not recommend buying it.
