These saved me from having to bend down and get my plates off of a vertical plate holder. Fit my CAP squat rack perfectly!

Simply put: CAP has great products at the most affordable prices! I've always wanted to build a home gym with Olympic weights and equipment. However, the price was so high, I just continued going to my local gym. When the pandemic hit I couldn't go to the gym, I started looking into home gym options. CAP was by far the best! Within a very short period of time, I have a home gym with Olympic weights, a cage and additional equipment that is perfect for me! I can lift a lot of weight knew I needed at least 315 lbs to be effective and create some gains. I think I got all of this under $250 dollars. Plates look amazing, and everything works as it's supposed to.Now when searching for ways to expand my home gym, I specifically look for CAP over all others!

These are so valuable!They not only hold my weight and save space but they hold weight on the FM 905Q squat rack so well. No need to drill that rack to the deck when you have these loaded with plates.There's not much else to say, they do the job very well and help organize my training space.
