I've recently switched , a few months ago , to Pau D'arco tea bags (W.O.A.) , for change of pace , but still rotate with YerbaMate' Royale tea bags , twenty years now. After a stroke recently , I was mostly unconscious overnight and on the floor ; I feel confident that long term regular consumption of these two high nutrient teas aided my body in surviving the duration of a physically challenging event . The hospital staff even remarked of a dramatic rebound ...... just sayin' . Royale has a little caffeine......Pau D'arco , none .
