This replaced my Wilton non-stick pan from 33 years ago. It is the perfect size for one-third of the cheesecake recipe from the Cake Bible. It’s easy to open and close and lines up great along the bottom so there’s no water seeping into your crust. Priced right! Let it last me another 33 years!

I love this pan. I bought another 6 inch pan from another source and this one far exceeds the quality. Who can eat a 12" cheesecake. Cut the size in half and you won't feel guilty about making them more often. Yum.

This was a perfect pan for a small cheesecake recipe. I use the traditional method and wrapped the pan in heavy duty foil then placed in a hot water bath. I had no leakage at all. The foil plus a graham cracker crust probably helped. However, that’s how I bake a cheesecake all the time. The cheesecake smells delicious.

Some reviewers have complained of seepage, but I plan to use this for my no-bake cheesecakes. The size is perfect. The 8-9" cheesecakes I make tend to come out too flat. It looks like I skimped on the batter! This cute little mold will make for a taller cheesecake with the same amount of batter. Love it.

It is made out of good material. But it doesn't clasp snuggly.

Every year I make a certain special cheesecake for my daughter’s birthday. As we all (family members) age, we’re eating fewer sweets. So, instead of one huge cheesecake, I make a couple of 6” cakes. Give one to the birthday girl and stick the other in my freezer. This Wilton product works as advertised, cleans easily and is worth the price.

I used this once to make a small cheesecake. It turned out perfectly. Then the bottom of the pan was thrown away by mistake, by my husband! Ha Ha. I will be buying another Wilton.

I love this little 6" Springform pan, it is perfect for 1/2 recipe for my cheesecake. However, seal it properly and my cake came out the sides but the second time it was perfect. Be sure to seal it properly. Great addition to my baking pans.

Great little springform pan. I used this to make a cheese cake for two. It gave us 4 nice pieces . 2 today, 2 tomorrow.<br />Wilton quality as always. No insert with recipes, only drawback.
