I have a recipe for muffins that requires 1 cup of wheat bran. This particular purchase was a good one because I couldnt find it in my local grocery stores. I keep one on the shelf and one in the freezer. Im well prepared.

Used this for 6 week long lasting bran muffin recipe . I bake them fresh ever four days or so. Could not find plain bran anywhere so Smaxon came to my rescue with this.
