Valves allow fast, easy activation every winter. Without a bypass, up to 6 gallons of antifreeze can be wasted by collecting in your RV's water heater tank instead of moving throughout your pipes. Use this bypass kit to keep antifreeze out of your tank and inside your water lines. Installation This kit permanently connects to your RV's water heater tank. Install the 2 bypass valves onto your tank and connect them with the included hose. When you're ready to put your RV into storage, turn the valves to block antifreeze from entering your tank. Then you can pump antifreeze through your water lines without having to worry about it collecting in the water heater tank. When spring rolls around and you're ready to take your RV out of storage, re-adjust the valves and flush your water lines with clean water.
