I have been using these banda along with the P90x system, and they are okay but far too weak for intense workout like those. I agree with what other have said these bands are great for those who are doing much more therapeutic workouts. I own a yellow, red, and green band. I have never used the yellow band because it is far to light for me, The red band I ripped in half after the first three weeks, The green (which is suppose to be the tough band) is still far too light for me. One other thing about these bands you may want to consider is when you hold the bands you're holding to band not a nice padded handle, which after a while really hurts and for me caused blisters on my hands. These are good bands for somethings but a poor choice for other.

Good product to use for stretching and resistance training. Different colors have different resistance levels. Good quality and can last a year or longer with daily use.

These are nice bands but I agree with others that, for me, they are too weak. If you are getting these for recovery rehab or are looking for really light resistance, you should be really happy with these bands. But if you are someone who is looking for strong resistance, these bands are going to be too weak. I got them because it said if you are looking for a challenge you have the red band and for an even greater challenge you have the green band...but even the green one is just too weak for me and not a challenge at all.

Use these bands with the proper accesories and they make a wonderful exercise tool. With the handle accesories you can adjust the resistance by adjusting their length and how many bands you attach.
