I got this set after I had knee replacement surgery and my physical therapist used them. It made it easier to continue my exercises on days she wasn't here. I also bought the handles you can get to make use of them even easier.

These bands are as good as higher priced ones. There's a distinct difference in the resistance in different colored bands. Great for getting that tennis shoulder loosened up.

-Not binding on my skin as I use them to assist in stretching.-Each can be tied to make a short continuous band for careful non-hand-held usage.-Three resistances in one package makes it easy to choose the best one for the muscle group(s) being stretched.-Stay clean and do not attract dust or hair. Washable also!

Does what it should--but is kind of pricy for 3 pieces of theraband. Wish someone would come up with an alternative to buying a whole roll/box of theraband that was more affordable for those on a limited budget like schools.

These bands are a great way to strengthen your body and at a very reasonable price. I love them!!!!! They are especially good if you have bursitis or tendonitis.

I wanted these bands after finishing physical therapy. According to my doctor, they offer muscle toning for me, and she was pleased that I was continuing using them.

I bought these stretch bands to do rehab for a total knee replacement. My in-home rehab is over and going to a rehab facility is not an option for me. I need to do more rehab on my own. These exercise bands are the same ones my therapist used. The price was good and the shipping was fast. I would recommend this product. Thanks

Had previously gotten them from a course of physical therapy but they wore out. I use them for shoulder/arm workout at home and they're so easy to take with you when you go away too.

I originally bought a set of 3 resistance bands at Olympia Sports--big mistake. They were too short to do even the exercises advertised on the box (and I'm a short person!), and the REEKED of latex. These bands have no smell, are a nice length, and the resistance levels are just right for the light rehab that I am doing. The insert with recommended exercises was a nice bonus, but I highly recommend the guidance of a physical therapist before using this product to ensure that you're doing things right.

Therabands are very good for exercising because they work gradually with your muscles and tendons. This product is very good and arrived very fast!

The Therapy Connection at HPMS, Inc. did not send me what was displayed at the top of the page. I received cheap versions of the bands in zip lock bags not the special pre-cut, packaged for sale versions as advertised. I have real ones and bought these as replacements. They are nowhere near the quality of my originals. I have filed a claim.Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bands were too thin and flimsy in order for me to properly use them for stretching exercises. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for...

Maybe nobody's fault but mine, but what I got was plastic strips, not tubes or what you might expect when buying a resistance band. No handles, those will have to be purchased separately. Also, didn't get the kind of resistance I was looking for.I'm not saying don't buy them. I'm saying make sure it's what you want. I didn't.

My Orthopedic Surgeon advised me to purchase these bands to assist in my recovery of a damaged rotator cuff. The bands arrived promptly and fit my needs exactly.

I bought the assorted Thera-Bands so I could do calf, ankle and foot resistance exercises while rehabbing a repaired Achilles tendon. Really only needed one, but found it wasn't bad to have a few to leave in different spots around the house so I could grab one and do a few sets of exercises when nearby. They're good-quality latex, plenty long enough to tie a loop in one end to slip over your foot, and wide enough not to slip out of position when around your foot or ankle.

I have been using these banda along with the P90x system, and they are okay but far too weak for intense workout like those. I agree with what other have said these bands are great for those who are doing much more therapeutic workouts. I own a yellow, red, and green band. I have never used the yellow band because it is far to light for me, The red band I ripped in half after the first three weeks, The green (which is suppose to be the tough band) is still far too light for me. One other thing about these bands you may want to consider is when you hold the bands you're holding to band not a nice padded handle, which after a while really hurts and for me caused blisters on my hands. These are good bands for somethings but a poor choice for other.
