These are great products for exercising arm muscles--I really like the choices, too, of the three different resistances. These bands work well on wrist,lower arm, upper arm, and hands.

I have bought resisitance bands with a variety of strengths in one package in the past, and thought that MEDIUM would be like those in the previous package. This MEDIUM resistance was very flimsy and offered little resistance. Since most companies sell packages with a variety of resistances, and I found that I liked the MEDIUM, I was happy to find that this company was selling just one type in a package. I've been doing an aerobics/stretching class and we use the resistance bands in class. As an older person , I find doing situps with these is far better on my back than doing them without. Since I bought the roll, I was able to cut off a few for friends as well.

I bought this on the recommendation of a physician's assistant to strengthen some muscles around my knees. The physical therapist I saw later said these exercise bands are fine, but once you gain some strength they aren't as useful. They come in different thicknesses and you cut them to the desired length.

My wife had a hip operation in September 2010. The rehab therapist gave her exercises that use an exercise band. After the band he supplied failed we tried a number of others. This band is great, close to the original. Would by more from this dealer.

If you want to know what the resistances of each colour are:Yellow=1.8 lbs. (LIGHT)Red=2.7 lbs. (MEDIUM)Green=3.1 lbs. (HEAVY)Blue=4.5 lbs. (EXTRA HEAVY)Black=4.9 lbs. (SPECIAL HEAVY)Silver=8.6 lbs. (SUPER HEAVY)I was unaware of the various weights and they're out of order. Just so others know. The weights correspond to lbs. of force/100% elongation.

This is a must get for an home therapy be it knee full leg, even arm building.. I bought 3 different strengths, Blue,Black,Grey the 3 heavy to strong types Have them still to this day working strong for me I cut different sizes of each for different movement trainings

A Thera band was given to me as part of an exercise program to restore use and muscle in my arm after a broken shoulder. Simple and even fun to use, it has done its job very well and I continue daily use for maintenance. Recommend reading instructions for the simple care of a Thera band before using it, it will last much longer. And use it according to the instructions of a professional for best results.

Product arrived quickly and in new condition. This is a newer Thera-band product, even lighter than their yellow bands. It is an ideal starting place if you're just getting started on an exercise, rehab or PT program. Some folks will outgrow it quickly, but it definitely fills a need. Highly recommended.

I use this all the time to stretch. It's a great for trips as you can easily pack it. On those long plane rides its nice to have this as you can stretch your arms and back without any equipment.
