This is my only pillow for sleeping. I wake up in the morning with relaxed neck muscles instead of pain.

There are probably better neck supports out there, this on is decent, and has light support. Can use it anywhere really, but it squishes down easier than something more dense like memory foam.

I wish I had this long ago. I love it and it works. I recommend it to others.

I love that this roll is so thin. It provides just enough bend without being uncomfortable, allowing you to sleep on it for hours. I've used it on its own and on top of a pillow and both are acceptable. Construction is solid and price makes it a good value.

After having a herniated disc in my neck, I was advised to use this to prevent my chin from falling to my chest. I put it into a squishy pillowcase with pillow and it works quite well. It's also easy to squish into a suitcase. I have a good pillow at home so I use this for traveling.

This pillow was recommended to me by my OT after I had a full spinal fusion. I was having a hard time getting comfortable because a regular pillow was just too aggressive but I really needed something under my neck. Now I sleep on a wedge pillow with this under my neck. Its nicer to sleep with than a neck pillow because my face and neck don't get too overheated. Its a lot less firm than a pool noodle, I see where people are coming from then they say to just cut down a pool noodle, but its just a different experience.

This is great for neck pain when sleeping at night.

I use this under my back and side depending on how I sleep. Helps keep the spine straight. Netural position. Excellent

I've been looking for a pillow like this for over 30 years. I almost didn't buy it because of the reviews. I was so impressed with the lumbar and thoracic back support that I gave it a shot. I am so so thankful I did. I think I'll buy some extras to ensure I'll have access to one for a long time. For me, the support is absolute perfection! It isn't so hard to where it makes my neck sore, yet it is very supportive. The comfort and softness are truly the sweet spot. The combo of support and comfort couldn't be better. My sister in law gifted me with this. She is a retired physical therapist. I started sleeping on my back instead of my side with my head turned. The results were extraordinary. Sometimes stress can cause a person to tighten their muscles and the pain is awful. Allowing my neck to be supported during the night really helped. This is a great product.

This pillow eased my neck pain immediately. All the pain is not gone, but I can live with what is left. This is the best neck pillow I have ever found, and have I ever had a lot of them!

Roll was perfect support for my neck.

It took me far, far too long to discover that the source of my migraines was actually my sleeping position. I mostly sleep on my side, and my neck was largely unsupported. This would cause my neck to kink, and then my top shoulder would sort of droop down towards my chest, causing all kinds of shoulder, neck, and jaw pain that would eventually lead to a migraine if left unchecked. I was watching Bob and Brad on YouTube and they recommended this roll for neck pain.I do put the roll inside my pillow case and if I'm back sleeping I will keep the roll right underneath my neck. I do believe it helps with snoring. However, when I sleep on my slide I just rotate the pillow around so that the roll is at the back (by the headboard) and I sleep on the side of the pillow that doesn't have the roll. The roll takes up enough room in the pillow case that the pillow is forced to fill in the cavity under my neck. I can sleep on my side with the roll under my neck, but find the pillow side more comfortable. Without the roll, the pillow does not offer enough support as it has too much room to just squish down. Just know that there are options and whatever works for you is what you should do.It does take a bit of getting used to. But it only took me 3-4 days to get used to it. Meanwhile, the benefits were immediate.

Make sure you use a squishy pillow with this product. That works best. I have long-term neck issues...hazard of my job. Between this cervical roll and exercises to support my posture, my neck pain and stiffness is 90 better. And no more waking up with a kink in my neck.

I have used this for a month now. I was in and out of physical therapy for an entire year because of neck pain that made my back and shoulder sore as well. So I started sleeping on my back and placed this on the bed just touching my pillow(so it is supporting my neck). Placing it inside the pillow cover didn't feel comfortable to me. So now if i sleep on my back consistently I do not have pain. But if i sleep on my side, I still have soreness leading to pain. side-sleeping didn't work for me with this pillow and am naturally a side sleeper. But so far it is the only thing that rid me of pain provided that i sleep on my back.
