I once made chocolate at home from the fermented cacao beans. I bought a cacao pod from Miami fruit and made the chocolate. This chocolate tastes exactly the same as the chocolate I made at home. If you want the most natural tasting chocolate ever that also tastes good, this is the one you should get. I think it tastes amazing because I love dark chocolate. It's texture is a bit different than the chocolate you buy from the store but that should be expected since there's no milk in this. The texture is almost completely smooth; you can feel some little granules. This is also Snap EBT eligible which is amazing.

I bought this chocolate in a gift pack, not knowing what to expect. I was surprised at how different from most chocolate bars they are - stronger chocolate flavor, less sweet, and slightly gritty. In a word, delicious. Then I used one to make a cup of hot chocolate and it blew me away! As good as it is for snacking, melting it in hot milk takes the flavors really pop! I really like the dark chocolate. Of the flavored ones, I really like the Chipotle Pepper- it is spicy, sweet and just a little hot. I can't wait until I get a chance to make this hot chocolate for houseguests!

I just tried this for the first time tonight. I figure it must be bad for me, somehow, cause it is way too good to not be. I expected not to be able to eat the one with chili, but after trying 3 out of 6, it is definitely my favorite. Incredible chocolate.

This is my fianc's favorite gift given to him LOL.We went to Cozumel in 2021 and made chocolate from scratch. This chocolate has the same gritty taste. 100 worth the purchase.

Please go into this with the expectation that this isn't your run of the mill chocolate. It's definitely gritty in terms of texture and less sweet. It also has a peculiar smell to it...after all, it's unsweetened cocoa so takes some getting used to.

I ordered the variety sampler and it was the absolute best tasting chocolate I've ever had. I'm definitely ordering more I am very impressed it's very authentic and very clean tasting. It actually tastes like chocolate not like the garbage that's sold out there in the stores I highly recommend.
