Chest: Stand naturally with your arms relaxed at your side. Measure the fullest part of your chest/ bust under your arms. Be sure the measuring tape is level and straight across your back.
Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest part of your torso.Make sure to relax and try not to hold your breath.
