My lady bought me these for Xmas, you feel the difference instantly. You want to add a lil more to your work out along with speed and conditioning these are the gloves to get. Highly recommended.

The L is about 1.9lbs each or 31oz. Haven’t workout out with them yet and hoping my bruised knuckle be more protected.Update 2 weeks later: no pain on my bruised knuckle. I’m also wearing winning gel guards. Without the winning guards, I’m not too sure how my knuckle will feel, maybe a little irritated. They do kill my shoulders but in a good way. It makes 16 oz feel light!
