Easy to use. Good quality. The only reason I didn't give it a four star is because sometimes you have to put the papers in a few times to trigger it to staple. I do like that it doesn't have to be plugged in, but you have the option to if you would like.

Love this stapler. I bought one in 2015 and it worked perfectly for 7 years. It comes with a power cable or you can use it with batteries. The only reason I had to buy a new one is because I made the mistake of stapling more papers than the 20-sheet limit. I stapled about 22 sheets of paper when it jammed and could never get it to work again. So be sure to not go over the limit. This model works perfectly for me most of the time and I like the size which is perfect to keep on my desk. Swingline sells other Optimas that can handle more sheets but the staplers are really large and bulky.
