Only the third review I've ever given, but this product deserves it. All of the boat seats in my recently purchased 2007 wakesetter now look brand new. There were sections that had grime that had to have been there for years. Even worked on marks I assumed were permanent. Slept that night with a smile on my face! The only reason I don't have pics is I was too excited to stop and take any.

This stuff is really strong and I believe OEM boat manufacturers caution against these kinds of cleaners because they really are pretty strong. Highly recommend trying soap and water first and if you do use this for stubborn stains, follow it up with a good fresh water rinse.

Use a mildew cleaner for mildew spots. I'll use this after first wiping down the seats on my pontoon.During the spring when the pollen is out, I use Dawn and water to first wipe down the seats.During summer, after suntan lotion, I'll clean first with a mild soap with degreaser to remove the suntan oils, then this cleaner.During the final clean up before winter storage, I'll do a deeper clean with some stronger mildew cleaner for those hard spots, then rinse, and clean.I always use a protector after the cleanings. I tried the Aerospace Protestant, the Vinyl Cleaner and I tried the fabric guard. I'm starting to think the fabric guard is great protestant, but still experimenting. So far 12 years on the same seats in the Midwest.

Reviews sounded promising. Initial spray and wipe with a rag removed a fair amount of mold. A necessary step to get the initial soil out of the way. A small handheld brush brought my vinyl from good to great with little effort and fast! Buy with confidence.
