I love this gum, it was recommended by my dentist.The flavor doesn't last long, but that's okay ... it keeps me from chewing it too long and being annoying. It does the job of freshening my breath and giving my teeth a little clean between brushing. The large size helps to make it a little more affordable. I reuse smaller containers which I refill for my car.

The item is great to help with a tooth spacing problem I have. It helps to remove food from these. Problem areas. I wish the packaging would be of stronger quality as I receive it every time I order with the packaging broken through due to the size and weight of the container.

I originally purchased this gum on another site several years ago, after learning of the anti-cavity properties of xylitol. Have been chewing it since, every day after lunch, and no cavities. Coincidence? Perhaps, but the gum is so enjoyable it makes no difference anymore.
