We love this gum! It's got great flavor and chews well. I like that I can refill my own small containers in my purse with this gum. It feels less wasteful. A big bottle for our family of 5 lasts a good amount of time. (So I'm not having to remember to buy more gum every few days.)

Sugar free gum is an excellent weight loss helper. If your kid is bugging you for a snack, and you don't think they need an actual snack, give them a piece or two of gum. They're happy because you gave them candy, but it's better than cookies or chips.
