These inserts offer great support for a good long time. Had some in my daily walking shoes for over a year before needing to replace. I now wear them in my boots as well. Truly makes a difference!

My job requires me to be on my feet all day. I was having severe foot pain from plantar fasciitis and tried several different things, to no avail. My chiropractor had some of these in his office, so I tried a pair. Plantar fasciitis went away and never came back. I've bought many pairs of these over the years and now I buy them for several pairs of shoes, not just my work shoes. Couldn't live without them! The only downside is they're not cheap and, because I'm on my feet all day, I have to get new ones about every 3 months. Added note: they are washable!

Purchased these and took them with me while trying on new running shoes. Replaced the in- shoe pads with these before trying on the shoes. They made a difference!
