This whole wheat pastry flour is very soft in comparison to standard whole wheat flour, as one would expect for a pastry flour. The seller provided it in an overpack box, not an overpack bag, so the integrity of the interior container was preserved.

This product is great to bake with, but why has the price jumped so much in less than a year? I bought a 5-pound bag in May of 2024 and only paid half the current price. Why so much now?

Can't find pastry flour here so I order it. A little added vtal wheat gluten for texture and this makes the best flavored and most nutritious dinner rolls you could ever want. Always pleases.

I always get this brand of organic whole wheat pastry flour. I use it for muffins, they turn our light and moist. I also use it for homemade pancakes, always turn out well. Would highly recommend this flour.
