Amazing watch, but very crappy band. I threw away the stock band, a moment I saw it. Swap with green nylon strap, and it looks stunning.

It's a pretty watch, but if left idle, it stops working after a few hours. I have to wind up every morning.

The watch is incredibly beautiful and feels great in the wrist, the overall quality is very good and looks more expensive than it is. I will not focus on the shiny ugly leather band, as the other reviews did. I already bought together with it a black croc leather strap and switched it right away.

This was a beautiful birthday present for my husband. Came boxed ready for wrapping. The rose gold is slight and not too pink or too coppery colored. He loved the way the watch back was a butterfly type clasp and not a typical closure that wears on the band. It is automatic, so that means it works right out of the box amp; no need to eorry about batteries. I would highly recommend this watch.

I really like this dial. It is the best in my opinion. But the watch overall is pretty nice and a great value. The 38ish mm diameter is a really great size. It is the right size for this dial and case design. I was looking for something with gold hands and accents and this hit the mark 100. And my favor dial color, green is the cherry in top. To be honest tho, the green in this dial is dark and the patterns are a little hard to see indoors. Ps. I also flipped the bracelet. I can't deal with the excess strap on the inside. Still works perfectly.

The description "red" can be misleading while the center is red, the edges are dark which match the brown band very well! Very nice color balance! A pro did this.

The brown sunburst changes in the light very well. You can definitely tell it’s not like the cocktail model. The clasp is an okay design. I’d much preferred if they did a butterfly clasp but since the bronze is PVD it wouldn’t make sense. It does enable many wrists sizes to wear it and I’m sure it will look good for any occasion. Look closer at the dial and you’ll know exactly what I mean. It is automatic and not COSC certified so take it for what it is. A breathtaking time piece that will make you want that Grand Seiko!

The face is beautiful. It would be best to look in the daylight to see the complexity of the design but simple at the same time

The only problem I have with this Presard is that I didn't learn about them sooner. Awesome time piece!

The good Beautiful dial pretty sun burst and fits on the wrist well. The strap with the deployment buckle is good as well. The bad. Since it is an automatic movement it is not exact and don’t expect it to be. Final thoughts It’s a good dress or office wear watch and worth the money.

You cant go wrong with Seiko quality. Definitely worth every cent. Its a beautiful watch, its now paired with an ostrich strap in green.

Bought this watch as a birthday present for a good friend. Had the opportunity to inspect it and I was blown away at the quality. The sun-burst dial is def one of the best I've seen. Love that it's mechanical/automatic. The deployment clasp is so convenient. It's also quite versatile for a dress/casual watch. Might consider getting one for myself. :)

This Seiko watch has a beautiful dark red dial, as pictured, with brighter but elegant sunburst effects in the light. A quality item. Watch strap adjusts for anyone. Price, seller's response to questions, and delivery time were all reasonable. Good experience. Recommend. Thanks!

It was love at first sight for me. This green dial is phenomenal and after just three days of wearing it, I have lost count of the compliments it has received. IMO the wrist strap is poor. I also ordered a Barton replacement 20mm classic black leather with gold buckle and that looks and feels so much better than the stock strap. Many online reviews complain about the lack of the sapphire crystal (which is tougher than the stock) especially at this price point, but so far, so good. I'll primarily be wearing this when I am dressed up, which is not that often (I'm retired - no day job) so I am not that concerned. And really, if I (or you) wanted to, the sapphire crystals are not that expensive and could be easily added. This is not a diver so keep it as dry as possible. It is rated to just 5 bar so an occasional splash or a few rain drops should be AOK. Just don't shower with it. ;-) The users' manual is a download from Seiko. It is very easy to set (there are a few rules to follow for the date function) and after three days it has kept perfect time to the second. The second hand can be stopped so there are no issues to set to an exact time. It is automatic but can also be hand-wound (consult the manual) easily enough. I registered it on the Seiko web site - easy-peasey, for the three-year warranty. I absolutely LOVE this watch! It is my one and done for a dress watch.

For me, this is the best Men's dress watch under $1000. I really like the iconic design. Overall, the face is bright and easy to read. However, glare gets in the way sometimes. Here, I just angle my wrist away from the light source to put the face in shade and it does the trick. The original wrist band I found a bit cheap and the clasp awkward. So, I replaced it with a black alligator skin leather band and the watch looks and feels much better. The jeweler confirmed he has heard many issues with the clasp-style watch band. I need wind it a bit daily and keep an eye on the time, but for the price that's fine with me. Overall, for me the watch punches above its weight class.
