Once I found a faucet that would work for the adaptor the dishwasher was easy to use. My only complaint is the handling of the product which is no fault of the manufacture. My dishwasher has 2 dents in it. I would send it back but I believe the next one would come the same way.

I have used it 8 times. It is perfection and has changed my life. I knew it was going to cut way down on time spent doing dishes, but hadn't taken into account how lovely it is to no longer have to see my unwashed dishes in the sink or my just-washed dishes drying on the dish rack! They're all in the dishwasher, either waiting for me to run a load or waiting for me to unload the dishwasher! My kitchen looks and feels so much more neat and peaceful without dishes everywhere most of the time!It is quiet! I'm noise-sensitive, and it doesn't bother me a bit. The cycle is long, but I don't care; it's quietly doing its job and all I hear is water sloshing gently about, which is a nice sound and not loud. There is a very brief louder period when you first turn it on when the water heats up (amazingly fast) and again when the drying phase switches on. Both are brief and aren't even that loud.It's streamlined and cute. Mine arrived in perfect condition. It was extraordinarily well packaged; it would be hard to dent anything once it was inside all that packaging and protection.Make sure you read the one-page pink insert that comes with the instruction booklet. I somehow set it aside and carefully read just the instruction booklet and was unable to figure out how to attach the hoses to the dishwasher, since that's explained on that single page and I'm not mechanically minded. Eventually figured it out. It doesn't leak at all as long as you hand-turn the attachment rings tight enough. I didn't the first time, so it started to leak a little, but I tightened it and there's been no issue.This is by far my favorite purchase in a couple of years. As others have said, wish I'd bought it sooner.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM......When the item arrived it didn't work from the start. I plugged it in and immediately got a error that states there was a water leak. We hadn't even hooked the water line up. Contacted the manufacture and they instructed us disassemble it work on it to clear the error and reassemble it. My husband (thank goodness he is handy) was able to take it apart and discovered that it wasn't even fully assembled. Long story short we spent over $500 bucks on a dishwasher that we have to work and figure out what the problem was when it arrived just to make it functional....DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.....

I have a very small kitchen to include countertop space. This dishwasher is the perfect size for my kitchen and my small family. (3 of us). The appliance is very easy to roll over to my sink. After the cycle has been completed, I do make sure the water is drained out of the hoses well before moving back to where I keep it. There is also a space for the power cord to rest on the back.

I will update this review after longer periods of use.Today was my first day using this dishwasher and so far i am impressed. Unlike many other reviews my unit came flawless and ran without any issues. Hook up was easy, instructions were clear and here I sit not having to wash dishes by hand anymore. I have a spot for it to become a permanent fixture just need to get the kit to hard install.All in all Im very satisfied with this purchase. Would recommend if youre tight on space.Update: I purchased all the parts needed for a hard install. I did not know that some dishwashers (portable) can not be permanently installed. When I tapped the cold water line and ran the feed hose my dishwasher flooded. After taking everything apart and running the washer with parts that were included I got a E4 code. To clear this code I tilted the dishwasher slightly and got excess water out of the machine. There is a float sensor that will trip if the machine floods.As it sits now Im using the original hoses and may split the lines so I do not have to roll the machine to the sink.Still worth the money I paid. Take my misfortune and do not try and hard install. Be glad you have a dishwasher period.

I have used it 8 times. It is perfection and has changed my life.
