Great drum for the price. It is made well, has a nice sound, and is exactly what I was looking for. If you want a drum, but are on a budget or just starting out and don't want to invest hundreds just in case you find it's not your thing, this is perfect.

I got the 22 size. I really enjoy the deeper, resonant sound. Since it's so big, it's somewhat easier to play in a sitting position by resting one edge of the hoop on the floor, holding it along the top edge of the hoop and hitting the head with a mallet (sold separately) than trying to hold it up to play. I also love that it's possible to stack other frame drums inside it for transport. Awesome, would buy again! :)

This is my first frame drum. It's a great practice drum and good for a beginner like me. I didn't want to invest in an expensive drum to start out and this fit the bill. I'm very happy with it.

I love this drum! Great sound and easy to hear and protect. The fiber skin makes it more easy to care for than an actual leather drum.

This was a gift for my husband. I wasn't sure what I was doing so I just by reviews. He loves them and says they are perfect. He uses for meditation and wants to train to use for therapy for autism.
