Installation took 20 minutes as promised, and was pretty easy. I followed to the letter, and am very handy in general. Literally was just screwing it down, attaching door panel, and off to the races. 10 screws! Love the soft close feature. I can't believe i didn't do this years ago, now my trash can is where i want it rather than halfway across the kitchen! Very durable, smooth glide, very nice. Happy!

This is a very well made item. It is expensive but the construction matches the cost. The unit comes well packaged and easy to set up. Installation is not too bad at all, you do need to do some measuring and math to make sure everything lines up, but there is a good deal of adjustment built-in so that you can fine-tune everything easily. My only complaint is that the hydraulics are a bit stiff. There may be a way to adjust this but I have not looked as of yet.

Replaced a flimsy single can slider with this two can unit. We are so impressed with the sturdiness and quality of this product. The soft close was an added bonus!

Love it as it's so nice and sturdy. The baskets are bigger. Plus I liked to pull out the garbage vs open door and then pull baskets out as it's all connected. Highly recommend it.

Everything about this unit is good BUT the self-closing/opening mechanism. It is a piston and takes A LOT of force to open or close. No adjustment. Not at all like the (nice) self-closing mechanism like BLUM makes. If there had been adjustment possible the unit would have been perfect.

Easy to replace my broken trash drawer. The design and material is so much better than my original cabinet. Love how well the shock prevents door slamming.

We had a pull out garbage drawer that held 2 cans from the top for 20 years. It was never very sturdy and screws would wiggle out. Finally replaced it with this. Installed easily. Very sturdy. Care Needs to be taken to attach door inline with other cabinets.6 months after install- still working great, but take care not to push down to make more room in can. Our adult son tried to stuff more in front can and the screw pulled out of bottom attachment. Our cabinet has that fake wood bottom, so my husband reinforced it.

I am not too handy, but it was relatively easy to install. Has whisper close feature and very solidly built. This is only the shelf. The door panel is sold separately. The wife is happy with it.

Installed easy and functioned great. Soft closure provided by single gas filled shock absorber. Only con is that it could open (pull out) slightly more to assist with removing rear waste can. Overall nice product.

The maple box and hardware are made well, they are solid, it wasn't difficult to install either, though mine was a little more time consuming because I have an inset door. It takes more effort to open/close than I would've expected. It should, just have to get used to that. I wonder if there's a way to adjust the pressure on the pneumatic closing device...

Just did get this installed and it is really smooth I had it installed by a cabinet guy and it took him about an hour including making the cabinet for it to sit inI do hope to find some taller bins that will fit as these will fill up pretty quickly

Its great Just wish it had a soft-close feature But after a little silicone spray on the glides it is very smooth Also the weight of the garbage and recycling seems to help with the smooth closing So glad I got it - no longer have to have the trash under the sink or worse yet out in the open
