This unit is incredibly sturdy and worth the cost over less expensive models. It was easy to install (only took about 20 minutes) and looks like it was always meant to be there.

The ease of installation and the quality of this product enabled us to be able to dispose of our trash and our recyclable products. The tracks glide easily. I recommend this product.

Product was easy to install and customer service from the seller was top notch. It takes only 8 screws to fully install - I'm not handy and had it done within 15 minutes tops. Happy with purchase!

This pullout trash can holder was installed as part of a kitchen remodel we did 5 years ago. It has held up beautifully, with no problem with the self-closing gas strut or with the hardware. Other than wiping it down occasionally, no maintenance has been needed. The two cans provided are of very good quality and 13 gallon tall kitchen liners with drawstrings fit great. It makes separating recyclables and garbage a breeze. Buy it with confidence.I did not rate the ease of installation because I did not install it myself.

We installed this in April and immediately loved it. However, it's now February and the soft close broke so now it just slams shut. I looked on Rev-a-shelf's website but there doesn't seem to be a way to get a replacement part. This item was expensive and should've lasted more than 9 months.

We had this in out last residence. Our new condo did not have this so we bought this as a solution. I measured the cabinet opening very carefully and then read all of the specifications to find the right one. The fit was exacting and I was glad that I measured and ordered carefully. The install was not too bad and the assembly directions were adequate.

I've had this product in my kitchen for years. I've done some woodworking myself but this kitchen remodel was too much for my limited time so I contracted a custom cabinet maker. I did specify all of the hardware including the Rev-A-Shelf product.I've been extremely happy with it and the soft-close feature fit right in with the Blum soft-close drawer slides and hinges; until recently that is. The drawer started to not close the last half to one inch. I went shopping for the gas piston (spring) and came up empty. I posed a question here asking whether anyone had a source. Several helpful people replied including a Rev-A-Shelf rep. It turns out that the part is not sold separately; however, they will replace one without charge. Simply amazing.Thank you Rev-A-Shelf.

I am very impressed with this product. I did not like the look of the cans at the local hardware store. These are smooth on all sides. This is a very nice product. I would buy this again.

This product is amazing. Easy to install. Very sturdy. My cabinets are bigger than the normal sizes so I had to purchase a floor mount. Fits perfect. If your looking to buy one for your base cabinet you should think about getting this product.
