It's honestly the best work shirt I've found. Period. The only tweak I'd ask for is matched mesh to shirt color. I'm not big on the big contrast in my work shirts, people should be looking at what I'm doing instead of what I'm wearing.It's a great value, definitely keeps you cool in the summer and has great breathability. I run warm, so it's even a great winter shirt for me. The placket is fantastic if you find yourself leaning over an unprotected paint job. If they'd add some subtle color combos, I'd pick up a few more without hesitation.
