We use filters on several of our outside hoses for various things. Normally we get the RV ones but thought we would try these. So far, I like them. They screw on easy and seem to have filtered the water nicely. I also like that you can open them up and clean them out and reuse by replacing the internal parts. Will probably be using these for a while.

I have a well and get white residue on dishes and faucets. I've only used this on my garden hose so far but no residue in buckets afterwards.

This inline sediment and anti-scale filter for water hoses seems practical for various uses. While it's reusable and suitable for washing machines, heaters, gardens, and RVs, I haven't noticed a significant improvement in water quality.

These filters are really helpful because they are versatile. I can connect one to the washing machine and one to the garden hose. I don't need to call a plumber because it is so easy to install that I can do it myself.

I got these for my misting system after realizing all the discoloration on my patio was from the hard water. Installation was super simple, just screwed into my spigot and attached the misting system to the other end. I power washed all the stains off before using my system again and so far they have not come back!! I can't believe I waited this long to get a filter on my misting system! Definitely would recommend and buy again!

A few years ago, I installed a misting system to help keep my chickens cool during the hottest part of the year. This amazing little sediment filter is going to help me extend the life of my mister nozzles by keeping debris from entering the system and potentially clogging them up. Unfortunately, I lack the tools and time to quantitatively evaluate the efficacy of this filter, but at a glance, it seems to be working quite well without considerably slowing the flow rate or pressure. In fact, I actually have this filter directly connected to the FS-TFC calcium inhibitor and still have no problems producing enough flow rate and pressure to operate the misters. 5 out of 5 stars - Highly recommended

I picked these up as a primary first filter to get larger sediment prior to entering the RV. I get a lot of calcium particles that tend to clog the screen. This filter will work great for pulling them out of the system. This is a two pack and does come with a couple extra washers.

I had no idea they made these types of filters for washer water, but I am overjoyed to find that this product works for me. My city water is horrible and each wash leaves scale inside the drum and of course I know it gets in my dry clothes as well. After cleaning my washer and using this filter, I see no more scale buildup and additionally I can feel the extra softness in my clothes. No telling yet how long these filters will last but as a bonus you can open up and replace the filter media yourself! So these housings have a virtually limitless lifespan considering you replace the filter media at appropriate intervals. I am very satisfied with these filters and the price is great for what they are.

I am putting it in my garden hose to wash the car. No more white water mark anylonger. I should have know for long time and it will save me from polishing the cars. I recommend this

I ordered the FS-TFC Inline Sediment Anti-Scale Filter for use in our camper. They are quite a bit smaller than I expected but it seems to be working so far. I’m very intrigued by the idea of being able to replace the “guts” of the filter creating less plastic waste. So far this is doing a good job of filtering the well water at the campground. If it continues to work it is a quality product worth the price.
