It came without the pin to secure the top. I’ve had to use a Bobby pin, as I needed it for a space immediately and didn’t have time to exchange for a new one.

I have used these devices for many years in my cars and airplanes where it is extremely necessary to lower the humidity around and in areas where moisture can do a lot of damage

Works perfect for removing excess moisture from fifth wheel rv. Crystals last a long time requiring infrequent refilling. Musty odors gone.

Have a couple of these and they work great! Tried and true over the years, go with what works. Be sure it's on a stable surface, cause it really pulls the moisture out of the air and will fill UP!

Just moved to S. Georgia and purchased a unit for my motorcycle camper trailer. After 6 weeks opened the trailer to check on it and the catcher was 3/4 full of water. Poured the water on the lawn and there was no damage to it.

Over the winter months, I place 3 inside the cabin to keep moisture buildup away. Plan on changing the crystals on a regular schedule. The amended water collected in the base will not return to the air inside whatever you're protecting. Just pour it out and refresh it consistently.
