Packaging: this board arrived in OK condition but it is packaged so flimsy and it's so flexible that it made me wonder whether I ordered a thin piece of cardboard or a real dry erase board. The board is constructed of clear plexiglass type surface with foam backing which makes this a very thin and flexible board. A bit too flexible for my taste even though I understand the design intent and cost savings behind it. I can see this type of item easily damaged during transportation. Not sure why they don't package it better for a few bucks more per shipment.Surface: The board is excellent as far as erasing goes. The dry-erase markers will come off 100% so that's definitely a huge plus compared to other boards that leave traces or are really difficult to clean. This one trumps them all in that regard. The surface feels like writing on glass so it takes some getting used to it compared to a regular white board, which feels more like one writes on a piece of firm white paper stuck to a wall. This one has quite a bit of reflective action to it so it's unusual but it works.Installation: best done with 2 people, one holding it against the wall while the other is aligning and drilling. the installation is actually relatively straight forward and I like the post-installation features that hide bolt-up locations in each corner. One thing to remember is to make sure there are plenty of double sided sticky pads to make sure the board sits firmly against the wall otherwise you will feel the board moving inboard/outboard as you write, which can be super annoying and ruin the entire usage experience. This goes back to board construction. Had they braced it just a bit better this issue wouldn't be as prominent. The board comes with 3 or so double sided sticky tapes but in reality at least twice as many are needed to make it really sit firmly against the wall.Mini marker/eraser shelf: the little support shelf meant to hold markers and eraser is quite narrow. It's designed to fit two thinner markers next to each other but two regular thicker ones cannot be placed next to each other, which means you have to stack them length wise. if you have more colors plus eraser it means you run out of room pretty soon. Thin markers are probably best choice for this board. The shelf slides on over the bottom edge of the board so I wouldn't call it the sturdiest feature.PROS:Good writing surfaceLight weight constructionStylish and clean designEasy to installCONS:Quite flexible and requires enough adhesion to the mounting/wall surfaceMarker/eraser support shelf is not wide and long enoughPackaging is flimsy and the board could be easily delivered damaged if not handled properlyOverall a pretty good and stylish choice as long as you're willing to do a bit of extra work to mount it properly.I'm giving it 4 stars because it is definitely overpriced taking into consideration the CONS and how they affect actual functionality and use.

Listen, if your serious about a Dry-Erase board; I mean really serious, then this is the one. Period. The quality is way beyond expectations. I've been using random dry-erase boards for years, and you end up always replacing them sooner or later. This puppy is here to stay. You'll see. It is so cool looking that it's almost like a 'Jetsons'/'Star Trek' kinda thing on your wall. I mean seriously, this thing is cool. The picture doesn't even do it justice. Trust me, just get it. You can always return it asap with the packaging that it's in, but when you pull it out of the box, you'll utter the same words I did (things like "Wow", "Whoa" and "WHOOOAH" come to mind), and you'll put it up right away. It's THAT cool.

The whiteboard space is really easy to clean, easy to write on, basically what you want from a whiteboard. However, this whiteboard also just looks really awesome. It's very modern looking and pretty elegant. It's also nice to your walls since it has a foam backing on which it rests on the wall.
