This unit is perfect for anyone looking for a durable flip chart stand that will withstand years of transportation and regular use. Unit it not heavy and can be conveniently carried or transported from place to place. It also includes a very handy storage compartment for markers etc that makes shipping a complete unit very easy without taking up a lot of floor space. Unit is very sturdy and can be set up in a matter of minutes.

This is very durable and far surpasses the age old tri-pod stand. You guys know the flimsy one I'm talking about. This stand firm, has storage and is easy to make compact. Buy it, you'll love it.

I traveled to multiple location to train and this easel was great, easy to store, easy to transport, my markers were secure and stored in the area provided. NO Complaints and very durable.

I've used this easel for quite a few years now several times per month. I LOVE IT.I travel with it to various speaking engagements with it. It is extremely durable, and actually, quite easy to carry by placing it in the carrying case (sold separately) and putting the strap over your shoulder. I carry it and a briefcase with absolutely no trouble. It is not that heavy, it is hollow. Sometimes I have to park in a lot pretty far from the venue. It is really no big deal to carry it in a case with the strap over your shoulder. You just have to be mindful of when walking into a door you don't forget you're carrying it!When purchasing an easel, the most important criteria for me was sturdiness. I used to borrow an easel from the hotel or conference room I was speaking in, and was always disappointed in the flimsiness of the typical easel that was provided. Some of them would move while you were writing! I've actually had people knock over those flimsy easels a few times! You have to use a light touch on a flimsy easel. Not with the Duramax. The extra weight is what makes this perfect.This easel looks great on stage. It's very clean and sends the right message. Tip: Rather than use those small markers, get the Avery Dennison "JUMBO". The audience will be able to see and appreciate what you are writing so much more.if extreme durability, high quality, ease of set up, good looks, and sturdiness is important to you---you will love this easel. It has been a work horse for me. A few years of non-stop use, traveling in the back of my car, and it still looks new. When I'm not working, it sits in my garage against the wall. It is the perfect easel for me.
