This item is just right for a cubicle wall, IF the material is covering cork. I ordered this without realizing that the walls of my cubicle are fabric covering metal panels. The pin style fasteners go right through the fabric but have nothing behind to sink into, therefore tearing the fabric with the weight of the board. It is a great item IF you have the right panels to put in on!
