Straightforward to install, just use pipe sealant on the pressure side fittings. The vacuum side needs to be fairly tight to prevent leaks. The pressure on demand has to have water or the pump will keep running trying to build pressure with no water. Diaphragm type pump, not very loud and comes with a strainer fitting for the vacuum side with a couple of tubing fittings. Pump works great, turn on your facet and the pump senses low pressure and starts running, turn off the facet and the pump senses pressure and shuts off.

Definitely a lot quieter than our old Shurflo pump and a lot more water being pumped through. Granted there's a small bit of noise but the RV no longer sounds like it's running a V8 engine inside it every time I turn on the faucet. Quick and simple installation as well.

Works great so far. Knock off of another brand.I was able to put on a 1/2' NPT braided water supply hose, but if you look up the filter that comes with it, it has a 1/2' NPS thread so I'm not sure what to believe.

I've had this connected to my rain water harvesting system. I use my system to run my clothes washer and the toilet. I had to buy an additional power adapter , but this is just enough PSI to run both of them and uses little power ! It works only when water is needed. Great idea to save money !
