This really works am also on high blood pressure medication on certain days when am running a little high I have a cup and have definitely seen a difference after drinking

I have chronic hypertension. I was already taking blood pressure medication and my doctor wanted to increase my med because even with the med I was 147/96. Even though I lost weight, with added stress my BP is up! After drinking this tea consistently twice a day for 2 weeks my BP was down to 110/70. I was able to decrease my BP med in half instead of increasing it. After a month I now was able to discontinue my BP med all together. I monitor my BP three times a day to ensure I'm maintaining a healthy BP. So grateful for this tea, I drink it plain or add a little honey.

I like the herbal taste of this tea. I make a 16oz cup with one bag. I don't like sweetened tea and I can't taste the stevia so that's a plus. Maybe you would taste sweetness with an 8oz cup? Not sure. First time drinking this tea so unsure if it helps with my blood pressure but I hope it does! All the reviews looked very promising! I wish it was more affordable though!
