My son loves it, but his puppy hates it. I got it for him so he could have a way to contain her when they are at work, and when he puts her in it, she cries the hole time because she got used to fallowing him around the shop, but lately she has been getting into trouble, now she can't.

It works great for a 12 pound dog. My dog actually likes to sleep in it. He will go in with the door open and take a nap. We took it on the plane in my suitcase to have in the hotel room.
