Very stable very durable. Got these as my best around heels bc I was tired of chipping the pain off the front or nearly dying from protecting it with socks. The tint looks exactly like the photo (unlike the blue which is nearly nonexistent) and is INSIDE the plastic, not on the outside of the box/heel so it won???t be chipping! Couldn???t be more pleased! I wear an athletic shoe 7.5, so size down if you don???t know your pole heel size. (Size UP for closed toe pole heels, add one full size for boots)
